Default hiring pipeline for OF chat agents.
Our training is built around the six skill areas that separate top chatters from the rest. You will practice each one on real scenarios, with feedback from senior chatters and AI-graded rubrics that match what agencies actually grade on the floor.
Pricing, tease structure, urgency mechanics and the messaging cadence that turns subscribers into repeat buyers.
Rapport, emotional pacing, reading fan mood, and knowing when to push vs back off.
Welcome, re-engagement, mass message and objection-handling scripts that sound human, not template.
Reading dashboards, segmenting whales vs casuals, and routing the right content to the right fan.
Cancellation prevention, win-back sequences and the psychology of subscriber loyalty.
Audience splits, A/B testing, and writing for 5,000 subscribers without sounding like spam.
Bunny Academy is not a generic course site. It is the same training program we run internally for new hires at Bunny Agency, a creator-management agency where chatters generate millions in DM revenue every month. Everything you learn here is what we wish we'd known when we started.
Whether you're looking for a remote career, running your own creator account, or scaling a chat team, the same fundamentals apply.

Where AI wins, where humans win, and how the hybrid model works.
An OnlyFans chatter manages a creator’s direct messages — welcoming new subscribers, building rapport, selling pay-per-view (PPV) content, handling objections, running mass message campaigns, and re-engaging inactive fans. A professional chatter is part copywriter, part salesperson, and part relationship manager, all writing in the creator’s voice.
Entry-level chatters earn $1,500–$3,500/month, mid-level chatters earn $3,500–$7,000/month, and senior chatters at high-revenue accounts can earn $8,000–$15,000/month. Most agencies pay a base hourly rate plus 5–15% commission on the DM revenue you generate. See our salary deep-dive at /chatter-salary.
No. Most agencies, including Bunny, hire chatters with zero experience and train them. What matters more is fluent written English, an ability to write in different voices, comfort with adult-industry content, and a willingness to learn sales psychology. Customer service, copywriting, social media management, or sales backgrounds transfer well.
The seven core skills are: conversation psychology, persuasion and sales, persona writing (writing convincingly as someone else), time management (handling 20–50 simultaneous chats), emotional intelligence, comfort with analytics, and platform-specific knowledge. Each is teachable. We break them down at /chatter-skills.
With structured training you can be floor-ready in about 30 days. Our 30-day curriculum covers platform mechanics in week 1, conversation and persona work in week 2, PPV strategy and scripts in week 3, and supervised live chatting on real accounts in week 4. Fully ramped earning capacity usually arrives between months 3 and 6.
Yes. It is one of the highest-paying remote roles you can get into without a degree, with clear progression from chatter → senior chatter → team lead → chat manager. Major agencies operate 24/7 chat floors with hundreds of staff. Top operators run it like a sales organization with quotas, coaching, and performance reviews.
Most professional chatters work inside a CRM that sits on top of OnlyFans (e.g. Supercreator, Infloww, Splitter) which gives them subscriber notes, purchase history, segments, scheduled mass messages, and analytics. Many teams also use script-management tools and — increasingly — AI assistants that suggest replies for a human to send.
Payment models vary: hourly ($11–$28/hr in the US, less internationally), commission (5–15% of the DM revenue you generate), or a hybrid base salary + commission. Most agencies pay weekly or bi-weekly via bank transfer, Wise, or USDC. Top performers prefer commission because the upside is uncapped.
Bunny Academy runs structured training built by operators who manage real creators. The 30-day program covers platform mechanics, persona writing, PPV scripts, objection handling, and supervised live shifts. Details at /chatter-training.
Working for an established agency is legitimate work — you are a remote employee or contractor doing sales and customer messaging. You do not appear on camera, you do not interact with fans outside the platform, and your contract is with the agency, not with subscribers. Always vet the agency before signing.
