What you write and for whom

  • Build a creator-approved persona voice guide for each creator: vocabulary, pacing, boundaries and examples.
  • Write PPV caption frameworks and variants that accurately explain the approved offer and price.
  • Plan mass-message sequences for relevant subscriber segments, respecting opt-outs and contact limits.
  • Maintain versioned script libraries and usage notes for chat team leads.
  • Plan fair A/B tests with the backend manager, including a primary metric and a quality safeguard.
  • Refresh copy from performance data and team feedback without claiming that correlation proves causation.
  • Write SFW promotional copy for marketing when needed; never produce or handle imagery.

Copy principles

  • Consent and creator boundaries come first. Be honest about who is writing and what is sold. Never pressure a subscriber; respect a no and follow platform rules.
  • Public applications, assessments and interviews stay non-explicit. Explicit work happens only after hire within creator-approved boundaries.
  • Use fictional or anonymized examples. Never submit private subscriber conversations, creator identities or confidential agency materials.

Requirements and working terms

  • Applicants must be 18 or older and comfortable writing adult-industry copy within agreed boundaries.
  • 1+ year of sales, direct-response or persona copywriting
  • Native-level written English required; German and Spanish nice to have
  • Writing samples are mandatory; SFW samples are accepted
  • Freelancer contract with Bunny Agency LLC (USA), signed online. Two weeks’ notice.
  • Full-time, asynchronous work with 4 hours overlap with Central European business hours
  • Volume agreed in the interview
  • Compensation discussed in the interview

Hiring steps

  • Application: share writing samples, languages, timezone, expectations and anonymized experience.
  • Review: a human reviews your craft, judgment and relevant experience.
  • Assessment: five exercises using a fictional persona and fictional data; all writing stays non-explicit.
  • Team interview: discuss revisions, collaboration, scope, working hours and compensation.
  • Decision: hired, on hold or rejected. Humans make hiring decisions; AI support is advisory.

A week in the copywriter role

Begin with the current creator-approved voice guide and the backend manager’s priorities. Check what is actually being offered, who is eligible to receive it and what subscribers have already bought. Draft a small family of caption variants around a clear hypothesis. A different hook should change the approach to the same honest offer, rather than promise a different product.

Send drafts for the agreed approval step, then hand the approved versions to chat team leads with usage notes, purchase exclusions and a stop rule. Use the four-hour overlap for decisions and feedback; protect asynchronous writing time for drafting and revision. This illustrates the workflow, rather than promising a particular weekly volume or a fixed meeting schedule.

Review performance with the backend manager. Compare equivalent audiences and observation windows, record complaints and refunds alongside purchases, and update the library when evidence supports a change. If a creator withdraws approval, retire the affected line immediately and communicate the replacement. A conversion increase never overrides a creator boundary.

How it differs from chatter and social media manager

The copywriter creates reusable text, persona guidance and testable variants for the chat team. A chatter adapts approved material in individual subscriber conversations and owns the immediate interaction. A social media manager handles channel calendars, approved publishing and community activity. Teams share feedback, but these are different jobs with different experience and scheduling requirements.

Our chatter scripts guide covers using frameworks during live conversations. This vacancy covers the writer who designs and maintains the underlying caption and message library. Where you can apply from

This role is remote. Our published applicant-country list is: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil. Confirm your location, English proficiency and a workable overlap with Central European business hours during hiring. Remote work does not remove the agreed availability requirement.

Prepare samples that make your decisions visible

Provide a working link to text samples that the reviewer can access without requesting an account. SFW product copy, a fictional persona guide, an email sequence or a direct-response case study can demonstrate the relevant craft. Label speculative work as fictional. Explain the audience, the offer, your contribution and why you revised the text; do not invent commercial results.

The assessment asks for a one-page voice guide, five suggestive-at-most teaser captions with clear price reveals, a three-message re-engagement sequence, a fair A/B test plan and three ethical rewrites. No imagery or graphic samples are needed. Ask about revisions, output volume and payment terms in the team interview before accepting the contract.
