Why chatters in the Philippines pick this job
Many Filipino applicants already know remote work for overseas clients from BPO, virtual-assistant or freelance jobs. Chatting builds on the same strengths — clear written English, patience with difficult customers and a habit of following a process — but you are rewarded for what you sell, not only for the hours you log.
The second reason is the commute. There is none. Instead of spending hours in traffic to reach an office, you log in from home for an 8-hour shift and keep that time for yourself.
Working from the Philippines
Internet and brownouts. A stable fibre or DSL connection is the baseline. Because brownouts and typhoon-season outages happen, a mobile-data backup and a small UPS for your router and laptop let you finish a shift instead of dropping fans mid-conversation.
Getting paid. You are paid by bank transfer on the 1st and 16th, and Bunny covers its own transfer fees. Ask your bank whether you should open a dollar account to receive USD and what it charges on its side for receiving or converting the money.
Taxes and registration. You sign a freelancer contract with Bunny Agency LLC, a US company, so you are not on a Philippine payroll and nothing is withheld for you. Declaring your income with the BIR is your responsibility — check with a local accountant how to register as a self-employed freelancer.
OnlyFans chatting vs. BPO and call-center work
Call-center work gives you a fixed salary, an office team and benefits that come with employment. Chatting is freelance work: no office, no commute and pay that grows with your sales, since commission has no cap — but also no employer benefits, and your income moves with your results.
Voice accounts also mean talking all shift. Here everything is written, which suits people who are stronger in text than on the phone.
What you will do
- Reply to subscriber DMs in the creator’s voice, following a persona document the creator approved.
- Build rapport, remember fan details and keep conversations going across shifts.
- Offer and sell pay-per-view (PPV) content at the creator’s pricing, with tease and timing that feel natural.
- Re-engage quiet subscribers and follow up on fans who opened but did not buy.
- Handle explicit, emotional or rude messages calmly and within the creator’s boundaries.
- Log fan notes in the CRM, check in and out of your shifts, and follow our SOPs and confidentiality rules.
What you need
- 18 years or older.
- Written English at B1 level or above — we test it during the application.
- Comfort with the adult-industry context. You never appear on camera and never meet fans.
- A computer, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
- Availability for 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
- Empathy, a sales instinct and a thick skin. No previous chatting experience required.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, customer support, copywriting or social media.
- A second language — the interview is also available in German, Spanish, French and Hungarian.
Pay and schedule
- Choose your plan after your first two weeks: hourly base + commission on net sales, or commission-only (6–10% of net sales depending on the account).
- During your first two weeks you earn 6% of the net sales you generate.
- Typical earnings are $400–$1,500 per month depending on your plan, hours and sales. Commission has no cap.
- Paid twice a month (1st and 16th) by bank transfer; we cover the transfer fees.
- Freelancer contract with Bunny Agency LLC (USA), signed online. Two weeks’ notice on either side.
- Fixed 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week, 100% remote.
How hiring works
- Apply online — about 10 minutes, and you can dictate answers by voice.
- Assessment: an English test, an emotional-intelligence test and a simulated chat with an AI fan.
- A 5-minute AI voice interview in your browser (a human interviewer steps in if the tech fails).
- Free online training at Bunny Academy, ending with a final chat test.
- Sign your freelancer contract online and start your first shift.

OnlyFans jobs in the Philippines: FAQ
Can I work as an OnlyFans chatter from the Philippines?
Yes. We hire remote chat agents worldwide, including the Philippines. You need to be 18+, have written English at B1 level or above, a computer, stable internet and a quiet place to work.
Do you pay through GCash or PayPal?
No. We pay by bank transfer on the 1st and 16th of each month and cover our transfer fees. You need a bank account that can receive international USD transfers.
Is this an OnlyFans job I can do without experience?
Yes. BPO, VA or sales experience helps, but it is not required. Training is free and ends with a final chat test before you work a live account.
Do I have to show my face or voice to fans?
No. You only write messages in the creator’s voice. You never appear on camera and never meet fans. The only voice part is a 5-minute AI interview during hiring.
Is this a full-time job?
Shifts are 8 hours, 6 days a week, so plan it as your main job, not a side gig. It is a freelancer contract with two weeks’ notice on either side.
Someone on Facebook asked me to pay for chatter training first. Is that you?
No. Applying, testing, interviewing and training at Bunny are free. You never pay to work for us.
