OnlyFans virtual assistant jobs: what the role really is

At many OnlyFans management agencies, a ‘VA’ is the chatter: the person writing subscriber messages and selling creator-approved content. Bunny’s application route here is for that chatter job. Scheduling and admin work also exist in agencies, but we are not advertising a separate operations VA position.

What does a VA for OnlyFans creators do?

A virtual assistant supports a creator’s business remotely. The title alone does not tell you whether the work is sales, operations or social publishing. Ask what you will do during a normal shift, who approves your actions and how success is measured. These are agency roles supporting creators; they are not jobs employed by OnlyFans itself.

Subscriber chatting and sales

A chatter replies in a creator-approved voice, remembers relevant details, follows up and offers pay-per-view content within agreed prices and boundaries. This includes adult-industry messages. Calling the work “VA support” does not turn it into ordinary inbox administration. Good applicants understand both the writing and the sales responsibility before applying.

Scheduling and safe-for-work DM triage

Operations work can involve placing approved assets into a publishing calendar, checking versions and routing administrative messages. Safe-for-work triage identifies the request and sends it to the right owner; it does not authorize the assistant to sell content, negotiate partnerships or promise a creator’s availability. An agency should define that boundary explicitly.

Sheets, CRM records and content reports

Administrative support can maintain task trackers, correct duplicate records and prepare handovers. Content-protection support may record suspected leaks and prepare takedown submissions through an approved process. Authorization and review matter: discovering a link does not give an assistant authority to make legal claims. These are examples of work agencies may assign, not additional Bunny openings.

Which of these roles does Bunny hire for?

This page routes to our remote chatter vacancy. Its status above comes from the public hiring pipeline. We do not advertise a separate operations VA opening here. A task described in a guide is an explanation of the industry, not a promise that Bunny is recruiting someone to do it.

The chatter contract is a freelancer contract with bunny agency llc (usa), signed online. The schedule is 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. Payment is USD bank transfer on the 1st and 16th; Bunny covers its transfer fees. Read the chatter pay plans for the full explanation of base, commission and the first two weeks. These figures should never be reused as an administrative VA salary.

Requirements and how to apply

You need to be 18 or older with written English at B1 level or above, a computer, dependable internet and a private working space. No previous chatting experience is required. You must be comfortable with the actual adult-industry work and able to sustain the published schedule.

When applications are open, use the chatter application above. The hiring process includes an English test, an emotional-intelligence test, a simulated chat, a voice interview, free training and a final chat test. A clear application describes your real availability and experience; it does not require fan screenshots, someone else’s login or purchased certificates. Read the chatter introduction before deciding.

Check a listing that uses “VA” loosely

Ask whether the job involves selling in subscriber messages, whether any trial uses fictional data, and what the contract says about hours and compensation. Stop if a recruiter requires payment to unlock a position or requests access to your personal financial accounts. A polished advertisement or a familiar agency name does not verify the person contacting you.

The complete verification checklist belongs in our guide to legitimate chatter jobs and recruitment scams. Use it to compare the contact, domain, payment requests and written terms before supplying sensitive information.

Apply from your country

Remote eligibility and practical preparation are different questions. Check the local guide for workspace, connectivity and scheduling considerations. The underlying role and its pay plan do not change because a page mentions your country.

OnlyFans virtual assistant jobs FAQ

What is an OnlyFans virtual assistant job?

Remote support for a creator or management agency. In agency hiring, VA often means a chatter: someone who writes subscriber messages and sells creator-approved content. Other VA tasks can include scheduling and administration. Read the actual task list.

Is VA the same as an OnlyFans chatter?

At many OFM agencies the terms overlap. A chatter focuses on subscriber conversations and sales; an operations VA may handle scheduling, sheets and administrative triage. Bunny’s VA route leads to the chatter role, not a separate admin vacancy.

What does Bunny’s chatter role pay?

Typical chatter earnings are $400–$1,500 USD/month depending on plan, hours and sales, not guaranteed. First two weeks: 6% of the net sales you generate during your first two weeks. Then choose $2–$3/hour base plus commission or commission-only (6–10% of net sales, depending on the account). These are chatter facts, not a VA salary estimate.

Do I have to show my face to subscribers?

No. Bunny’s chatter work is text based. You never appear on camera for fans or meet them. A voice interview is part of hiring. You must be comfortable handling adult-industry conversations.

Can I apply without VA experience?

Yes, the chatter role accepts beginners and provides free training. Requirements include age 18+, written English B1+, a computer, stable internet and availability for 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. Assessments still apply.

Is this a part-time virtual assistant job?

The Bunny chatter role uses 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. Do not treat remote work as a promise of flexible or part-time hours. There is no separate part-time VA vacancy advertised here.

Can applicants from the Philippines or Africa apply?

The approved chatter applicant countries include the Philippines, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. Country guides explain local preparation. Eligibility does not promise selection or an available shift; the application status is shown on this page.

Does Bunny charge for applications or VA training?

No. Applying, assessments, interviews and chatter training are free. Check the official academy domain before sharing information. A payment request for access to this job is a warning sign; use our job legitimacy guide for the full checklist.
