What you own

  • Onboard new creators: agree goals, boundaries, brand kit, content plan and permissioned access setup.
  • Run weekly creator calls, send written recaps and track decisions, owners and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the editor, social media manager, copywriter and backend manager around one creator-approved plan.
  • Lead a monthly revenue review with the creator: explain changes honestly, distinguish evidence from hypotheses and agree next actions.
  • Own creator retention, complaints and escalation; keep the creator profile and boundary document current.
  • Treat the creator as a business partner. Consent and boundaries decide what gets produced; never pressure a creator or trade confidentiality for a result.

Who you work with

  • The creator sets their goals and boundaries and approves work within the agreed process.
  • The backend manager owns chat-team performance, coaching and subscriber sales execution. You own the creator relationship and coordinate the handoff.
  • The editor produces approved assets, the social media manager runs approved publishing and the copywriter prepares approved copy.
  • The marketing manager owns audience growth and acquisition experiments. The creator recruiter sources and qualifies prospective creators; you own the ongoing creator relationship after a documented handover.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account, client or customer success management; creator-economy experience preferred, not required
  • English C1 required; German nice to have
  • Clear written communication, calm difficult conversations, reliable coordination and honest revenue reporting.
  • Comfort working behind the scenes in an adult-industry context; protect creator and subscriber privacy.
  • Full-time availability within the agreed working window, with a realistic transition from current commitments.

Contract and working arrangements

  • Freelancer contract with Bunny Agency LLC (USA), signed online. Two weeks’ notice.
  • Full-time, async-first, with 4 hours overlap with Central European business hours and scheduled creator calls
  • Portfolio size agreed in the interview
  • Compensation discussed in the interview

Hiring steps

  • Apply in English with anonymized client-management examples, languages, timezone, LinkedIn link if available and expectations.
  • A human reviews the application and nine screening answers.
  • Complete five practical exercises using fictional creators, requests and revenue figures only.
  • Attend a founder interview to discuss judgment, portfolio size, availability and compensation.
  • Receive a human decision: hired, on hold or rejected. AI evaluations are advisory.

A week in the role

Start by checking outstanding creator decisions, deadlines and any consent or access issues. Prepare each weekly call from the last recap and the current delivery plan. Ask what has changed for the creator before requesting new work. A useful call ends with a short list of decisions and achievable commitments, rather than a larger backlog nobody owns.

After the call, send a written recap and update the shared plan. Give the editor a confirmed asset brief, the copywriter the approved voice and boundaries, and the social media manager a publishing dependency they can act on. Ask the backend manager for evidence about subscriber performance when it affects the creator’s decisions. Their team coaching remains their responsibility.

During the week, resolve blockers, communicate changes early and check whether promised updates reached the creator. In a revenue-review week, reserve preparation time for comparable reporting periods, definitions and unanswered questions. Explain the evidence and agree the next investigation without guaranteeing a recovery. These are examples of the work, not a fixed daily timetable or an expectation of constant availability.

How this differs from backend manager, recruiter and marketing manager

Account manager: owns the ongoing creator relationship and makes sure the creator-approved plan has owners, dates and follow-through. Retention includes understanding concerns, resolving delivery failures and respecting the creator’s choice to leave.

Backend manager: owns chat-team performance, chat audits, sales coaching and subscriber execution. If a creator complains about a chat promise, the account manager handles the creator conversation and the backend manager investigates and corrects the team workflow.

Creator recruiter: sources and qualifies prospective creators for the agency. The account manager receives a documented handover and does not treat an acquisition promise as permission to ignore the creator’s current boundaries. Creator-acquisition services belong on the agency’s main website.

Marketing manager: owns audience-growth priorities and acquisition experiments. The account manager brings creator goals, approvals and feedback into that plan. Compare the marketing manager role and the wider OFM career map before applying.

Location and working window

Fully remote. Full-time, async-first, with 4 hours overlap with Central European business hours and scheduled creator calls. State your timezone and a realistic overlap window in the application. Planned creator calls belong inside the agreed working arrangements; an urgent issue needs a clear escalation owner rather than everyone staying online indefinitely.

The site’s published remote applicant-country list is: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil. Confirm your location and contracting arrangements during hiring. Remote work does not remove the experience, language or scheduling requirements.

Prepare your account management application

Use anonymized examples showing the client problem, your decision, the team’s contribution, the time period and the result. For retention claims, define the starting portfolio and explain what happened to those same clients. If you cannot share a past case safely, say so and explain the method without client identities. Do not send private creator messages, credentials, confidential dashboards or subscriber conversations.

The practical assessment uses a fictional creator, a complaint, supplied revenue figures and competing requests. We assess your reasoning, written English, prioritization and respect for consent. A large revenue claim cannot substitute for an honest explanation of what the evidence supports. Humans make advancement and hiring decisions.
