- Publish 2–4 approved-content posts per account per day: 10–20 posts across all five accounts.
- Write witty, relevant replies to viral posts and respond to comments in each persona’s voice.
- Follow back real US fans according to the SOP; do not use bots, automation or fabricated engagement.
- Report posts, replies, followers and clicks daily, with separate results for every account.
Requirements
- Age 18+, excellent written English, meme fluency and active knowledge of X culture and current conversations.
- 8 hours/day, five days/week, aligned with US peak activity. Confirm the exact shift and timezone during hiring.
- A stable internet connection and your own computer capable of remote phone control.
- Strict SOP compliance: approved content only, no bots or automation, and escalate uncertain situations.
- Comfort working for an adult agency. Your posts, replies, comments and assessment are entirely SFW.
- Social growth and OFM experience are bonuses, not prerequisites.
Pay and support
- $300/month, paid monthly in USDC, with potential increases.
- A 2% bonus on revenue attributed to your work, with transparent tracking: $10,000 in attributed revenue → $200 bonus. This is an example, not an earnings guarantee.
- Training and devices are provided for the workflow; you need your own computer and stable internet for remote phone control.
- Remote full-time work and long-term employment.

Prepare a description of your X activity, meme knowledge, timezone, proposed US-aligned shift and remote phone-control setup. Growth or OFM examples are useful bonuses. The assessment asks for fictional SFW posts and replies, a five-account schedule, SOP decisions and a daily report.

A person reviews your experience and practical answers together using a role-specific rubric. Scores support that review; they do not make the hiring decision. After submission, the confirmation screen explains that both parts are received. The hiring team will email you about the next step.
