What you will edit
- SFW only: OFTV episodes, YouTube videos and short-form promotion. No explicit material crosses the editor’s desk.
- Cut OFTV episodes and YouTube videos from raw vlogs, day-in-the-life footage, Q&A, behind-the-scenes videos and podcasts.
- Repurpose each long-form video into 9:16 shorts with a hook in the first 2 seconds, accurate captions and pacing suited to the platform.
- Design thumbnails and cover frames; maintain each creator’s brand kit: fonts, colours, lower thirds and intro/outro templates.
- Work from marketing manager briefs and backend manager feedback; keep projects, assets and versions organised; review performance and iterate.
- Use licensed music and authorised footage only. Obtain consent for every identifiable face; keep explicit material off mainstream platforms and follow current OFTV content guidelines.
Who you are
- 2+ years editing for creators, brands or an agency; a reel is mandatory; creator-economy or OFTV experience preferred, not required
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve required; CapCut is fine for shorts; After Effects is nice to have
- English B2+ for briefs and feedback
- Fast, consistent, retention-minded and comfortable taking written feedback. Comfortable with the adult-industry context while working only on SFW material.
- Your reel must explain your contribution. Craft is assessed from your work, not your own on-camera presence or appearance.
Contract, hours and pay
- Freelancer contract with Bunny Agency LLC (USA), signed online. 2 weeks’ notice.
- 100% remote, worldwide; the same applicant countries as our chat agent role
- Full-time, async-first, with at least 4 hours overlap with Central European business hours
- 24–48 hours for shorts after an approved brief and usable footage

How hiring works
- New application: submit your reel, tools, weekly capacity, timezone, compensation expectation and written screening answers.
- Portfolio review: a human reviews your reel, contribution, editing decisions and relevant experience.
- Edit test: a 60–90 second vertical short, a 2–3 minute landscape cut, an 8-short repurposing plan, thumbnail and cover frame, compliance exercise and written feedback response. Deliver videos and images as links.
- Suggested timebox: 3 hours across the practical exercises; state actual time spent and flag scope concerns before continuing
- Test payment terms must be confirmed with the hiring team before starting; no paid-test promise is published
- Team interview: discuss craft, feedback, capacity, working arrangements and pay. Final decision: hired, on hold or rejected. AI recommendations are advisory only; people make hiring decisions.
A week in the role
Start with the marketing manager’s approved brief: audience, story, destinations, available footage and the person who signs off. Review footage and permissions before building a long-form outline. An OFTV episode needs a coherent story; a YouTube edit also needs packaging that matches its title and thumbnail. A short must make sense on its own when someone has never seen the episode.
Build the long cut, mark moments that can become independent shorts, and send a versioned review link. Apply timestamped notes, then finish captions, audio, framing, thumbnail and cover frame. Leave an organised project and a delivery note that identifies what is approved, what needs a decision and which assets are licensed for each destination. Review available retention data with the manager to choose the next edit to improve; no view count is guaranteed.
Volume agreed in the interview. The 24–48 hour short turnaround is a delivery expectation after the approved brief and usable footage, not a demand for continuous availability. Agree the raw-footage load, revision rounds and long-form cadence during hiring. Central European overlap changes with seasonal clock changes: applicants in the Philippines should confirm the actual local hours for the agreed business window.
